Our hoops are made by Body Hoops, a California company specializing in the manufacture and
design of large, weighted hoops for kids and adults.

Hoops weigh approximately 2 lbs. and range in size from 38-45 inches in diameter. They come in
a variety of designs, including some that are very flashy and bright.

Children and adults can experience the joy of movement through hooping, an alternative cardio
and core strenthening exercise, which is fun to do with your friends. Hooping is great for dance,
exercise and play.

Jump start your hooping experience with a fun instructional DVD, "Hoop Dance Fusion" which
covers all the hooping FUNdamentals. You can hoop along with the class and learn all the
hooping basics or select the option to hoop along to a montage of hooping with original hip
grooving music.
