Hooping Tips * Start and end your hooping session with a few gentle stretches * Music can help and it's always more fun with other "hoopers" * Be aware of small children and animals * Move from your center * If you are new to hooping, you may want to first hoop on the grass or other soft spot where the tape won't wear off from dropping and dinging up your hoop How to care for your Fitness Hoop * Never leave your hoop in the sun or in the heat (like the back seat of your car) If this happens, then lay your hoop out on a flat surface in the shunshine for about 20 minutes and the hoop should go back to its circular form. * Store your hoop in a cool, dry place either lying flat or leaning up against the wall Enjoy! |
